The application procedure for Taiwan VISA is quite easy. Please follow the steps:
1) Fill the online VISA application form using the following link: Taiwan VISA online application
Click on the General VISA applications and fill your details.
2) You will need to fill the details of the employer/host. Please gather the required information with you before you start the application. You can also save and exit the application. The system will provide you a Temporary number. Save this number and by putting this number you can continue your VISA application later, within 30 days of data creation.
3) When all the details are complete, you can submit your application online. Please make a PDF copy of the submitted application. Now you need to take the print out of the submitted application and sign it at the appropriate place.
4) You can submit your application in person (or through an agent) to the Taiwan embassy in Delhi. For four southern Indian states, the application can be submitted in Taiwan embassy in Chennai.
5) You will need two photos (not more than 6 months old) with white background of size 35mm * 45mm. The face must be at least 70% visible.
6) You need to deposit VISA fee to any branch of Kotak bank in Delhi. The details regarding the VISA fee can be found here: Taiwan VISA fee
You have to submit the Kotak bank payment slip along with the VISA application dully singed.

8) The normal VISA processing takes 2 days and express processing, paying extra fee, can be done in only one working day. No same day service available.
